Well I know I haven't blogged in a while, but I just received news that my Uncle Lonnie had died. I mean I always knew he had health issues, but the fact that he died is still...unbelievable. Then I found out that my younger cousin's father had died as well, stabbed in the heart, so my heart really does go out for her, she had to have a secret relationship with him, and for that to be taken away...
We are born into this world, to live our life, change the world, and yes it is possible, you change the world with every person you encounter, and then die. It is all apart of the circle of life. Death isn't something to be sorrowful for or scared of,because it is apart of living, it is inevitable.
It doesn't matter what kind of person you were in this life, but what matters is how you helped the world, your actions affects everyone around you.
I've noticed that a lot of people have bad things to say about how people live their lives but one of my favorite bajan proverbs is this:
Don't tek a six for a nine, which basicly means don't misunderstand a person's true intentions.
So do me a favor world, take out the time and appreciate the people in your life, whether you absoloutly adore them or can barely stand them, because once they've completed the circle and have left...that's it...no going back and telling them what they meant to you...appreciate Life...appreciate Death
